These Terms of Use set out the general conditions for accessing and using the website, platform and services related to Fila Flow, provided by Lanalytic Servicos de Tecnologia, registered under Brazilian company number (CNPJ) 22.322.375/0001-00, with its registered office at Avenida Rosalvo Aderaldo, 560 – Fernandópolis/SP.

By accessing the website, creating an account, using platform features or contracting the services, the user declares that they have read, understood and agreed to these Terms.

1. Purpose

Fila Flow is a solution for visually organizing customer support and operationally tracking conversations, with resources depending on the features offered at any given time.

2. Eligibility and account use

• users must provide truthful, complete and up-to-date information when creating an account;
• users are responsible for safeguarding their access credentials;
• users are responsible for improper sharing of their login and password;
• the company may take measures for security verification, fraud prevention and protection of the environment.

3. Permitted use

Users agree to use the website and platform lawfully, ethically and consistently with their purpose, refraining from:

• unlawful acts or violations of applicable legislation;
• attempting to access restricted areas, systems, data or third-party accounts without authorization;
• interfering with the operation of the website, platform or related infrastructure;
• using the platform to distribute unlawful, offensive or fraudulent content, or content that infringes third-party rights;
• using the service in a way that compromises the environment’s security, stability or availability.

4. Registration, free trial and contracting

Access to certain features may depend on prior registration, account activation, plan selection, a promotional trial period or a paid contract.

When a promotional offer includes 7 days free followed by charges for plans starting at USD 22.48 per month, this information will be presented on commercial or contracting pages and may be updated in the future through changes to the commercial conditions in effect.

Applicable taxes and renewal details are displayed at checkout. International payments through Paddle are sold by Paddle as Merchant of Record and are subject to its buyer terms. Our Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how to request assistance. FilaFlow remains responsible for providing the software and product support.

5. Service availability

The company will make reasonable efforts to keep the website and platform available, secure and functional. However, it does not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted availability. Temporary outages, technical failures, scheduled maintenance, updates or events beyond the company’s reasonable control may occur.

6. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, all rights to the website, platform, layout, brand, trade name, text, images, code, interface, features and other elements related to Fila Flow belong to the company or its licensors.

Unauthorized reproduction, copying, modification, distribution, reverse engineering, publication or exploitation of any content or technology associated with the service is prohibited, except where expressly permitted in writing.

7. Privacy and personal data

Personal data processing associated with use of the website and platform is governed by the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, which form part of these Terms for all purposes.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the company will not be liable for:

The courts of the district of Fernandópolis/SP are designated to resolve disputes arising from these Terms, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
